The breakfast included offered a wide range of choices, it was delicious. The room was very clean upon my arrival. The bed provided really good linen, I liked it very much. The hotel's location near the arena was very convenient for sightseeing.
The downstairs entrance seemed a little run down when i first arrived.

the receptionist was super helpful. i loved that the location was very central and within easy reach of everything. breakfast was awesome too. it had great variety!
the bathroom layout felt a little cramped. also, the pillows were flat, that wasn't ideal, i hope it's different in other rooms.

I found that understanding the entry system took a moment, but it became very simple after that.. It was especially helpful given some mobility issues my husband has. the breakfast selection was amazing, abundant with options catering to various dietary needs, i didn't expect that much variety. i found the staff particularly helpful and friendly, they really enhanced the experience.
i thought the cleaning service was lacking slightly.

The room had STRONG iron bars on the windows, so i safety was good. it WAS a good size, and the air conditioning really worked well! parking was excellent. I only had a five-minute walk to the hotel. the breakfast was GREAT, with a large room size!
The bathroom layout was AWFUL. The toilet was stuck in the corner with no space.
